Hi, my name is David Spillane. I am a saxophone, clarinet, flute, recorder and trumpet tutor. I have been teaching for over 15 years and selling Vienna instruments for over 10 years. I teach in several Auckland schools as well as at my home in St. Heliers, Auckland. I have a passion for music and enjoy passing that on to others. Some say my enthusiasm is contagious. I also perform as part of a musical duo “Two’s a crowd” and enjoy playing, entertaining and being a part of the Auckland music scene.
Musician for hire
Dave is an accomplished musician and a well known part of the Auckland music scene. Dave goes out on the scene as a solo musician or duo called Two’s a crowd. Dave always plays his sax and will team up with either a Keyboard player or guitarist. As well as being an accomplished saxophonist he is also a fantastic vocalist and sequence programmer. David covers all musical styles with regular updates.
